What the hell are you talking about? Paraguay was literally built on migration. A huge portion of Paraguayans have European ancestors. They brought knowledge, capital, investment, and businesses. They helped rebuild and shape this country into what it is today. Now we're seeing a new wave of HNWIs and entrepreneurs who are investing heavily here - opening businesses and employing locals. These people are completely different from those migrating to Europe these days. We don't expect anything for free. We just want to build, contribute, and live in peace.
