Two years ago today, Hampton Morris set Team USA’s first senior world record this century 🤯🤩 Morris (61kg) hit 176kg in the clean & jerk at the 2024 IWF World Cup to become the first American weightlifter to set a senior world record since Robin Goad in 1991.

Kate Vibert had a massive day at the 2024 IWF World Cup‼️👏 In Phuket, Thailand, Vibert lifted 113/145/258 to set a personal snatch and American C&J record, tie the American total record, and move into sixth in the 81kg Olympic Qualifying Rankings for the Paris 2024 Olympic.

She made it look easy 🤯 Sophie Shaft (63kg) set an international PR on her opening clean & jerk to earn 🥈 in the lift at last year’s Junior Worlds in Lima, Peru. The make also secured 🥉 in the total (223kg) for her first two medals on the World stage.

Aaron Williams was perfect in his Pan American debut last year 🤩 Williams went 5-for-5 to set American records in the snatch (187kg) and total (411kg). He took home 🥇 in the total and clean and jerk (224kg) and 🥉 in the snatch.
