I got an offer for a company, but my joining was on hold, because Background Verification team had some issue with my previous company, took one month. Companies warn that you are being tracked, which sites you are visiting, how many hours you are online. And the TCS Nashik management had no clue that there was massive sexual harassment, religious conversion going on. All these Background checks, Surveillance are for people like us, while Literal Sexual Predators have a free run. We get laid off for damn stupid reasons, but these Creeps thrive until it blows up. Gym jihad in gujarat A serious case has been reported from Surat, Gujarat. A gym trainer named Shabbir Ajgar has been accused of allegedly blackmailing and exploiting a married woman for the past 7 years. According to reports, when the woman’s husband came to know about the matter, he went to confront the accused. It is alleged that the accused showed objectionable photos and videos and demanded ₹5 lakh, threatening to make them public if the money was not paid. He also allegedly intimidated the victim and took cash from him. After receiving the complaint, Surat Police registered an FIR and arrested the accused.

PIL by BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay seeking biometric and facial recognition of voters before vote is cast CJI Surya Kant: This will require great change in rules and also a great financial burden. Ofcourse power is there with ECI Upadhyay: ECI has plenary powers. But states also need to co-operate. Notice is needed CJI: ECI needs to give us a reply and if state does not help or finance ministry does not pass budget then again we can be approached. But issuing notice at this stage is not needed Upadhyay: I am not on the five states elections. CJI: The prayers cannot be considered for the upcoming elections. But whether such a recourse deserves to be followed for next parliamentary elections or state polls needs to be examined. Issue notice.
