Great question Paul, we don’t support ACH pulls directly from U.S.-based banks like RBC US. Right now, the way to move money from a U.S. bank into Wealthsimple is to send an international wire in USD using our wire instructions instead. 🚨 Need help from @Wealthsimple Sent ~$4K to my USDC address via a bridge. Funds reached the same address (EVM-compatible) but on BSC instead of ERC20. They’re visible on-chain but not credited, and support says no recovery. Second time this happened. Can this be escalated? 🙏
