In 1971, 86% of under 10s walked to school unaccompanied by adults. By 2006, this has declined to 12%. A smaller study in 2013 gave a figure of 3%.
We can make an educated guess that this is likely sub 1% in 2026.

"...to Christians celebrating..." This jars. What's wrong with just saying, "Happy Easter" in the traditional and universal way? The qualifying clause is odd, especially coming from the supreme governer and defender of the faith in what is still (offically, at least) a Christian nation. To illustrate my point, try imagining a grand imam saying, "Eid Mubarak to Muslims celebrating".
