Protagonist: ****************** Nandini is the protagonist. Setup Want : ***************** Her setup want is to find her dream man . Flaw:   ********** Her Flaw is she doesn’t like the marriage not could not express that to her family. This is explained by showcasing Nandini getting up late on her engagement day and not revealing her face while exchanging ring to her fiancée. Point of No Return : ************************ Point of no return in this film is at 1:07nd minute when Nandini is impressed after hearing Venky’s POV about his father and being with him instead of earning money and staying away from him. Nandini finds her dream man and this is shown by revealing the face of Venky for the first time in her dream. If not for this scene NuvvuNakuNachav movie will not become NuvvuNakuNachav. Catch: ********** Nandini is already engaged but she found her dream man now which perfectly tests his flaw cannot express her POV to the family In Act 2 Nandini tries to express her love to Venky, who also loves Nandini but his priority was to protect the friendship of his father with Nandini’s father. Despite multiple attempts from Nandini Venky does not acknowledge her love. Venkys love is conveyed to audience while trying to apologize to Nandini , driving her to Asha’s wedding gifting her the flower she wanted. Crisis : ************ Venky does not accept Nandini’s love and requests her to marry the person she is engaged to. Suhasini and Chandramohan tries to convince venky but in vain. This is exactly the opposite of Setup want, Climatic choice: ******************* NuvvuNakuNachav does not follow Nutshell technique at this point. As per Nutshell climatic choice has to be taken by Protagonist but here Nandini has no role to play. Suhasini realizes Nandini’s love and tries to convince Venky but he doesn’t agree. Prakash raj came to know about Nandini’s love here also Nandini did not take any decision to move away from her flaw. In railway station somehow Prakash raj realizes Venkys love and get them married. IF climatic decision is taken by Nandini then it would have been perfect nutshell technique. Final step: ************** Venky and Nandini gets married. Strength: ************* Because of the flaw in climatic choice protagonist does not move away from flaw to attain strength but she gets married to her dream man

Setup Want : ****************** Satya is an orphan came to Mumbai for work and shelter.His setup want is established in the first scene where he talks to a person in Mumbai to rent a place . Flaw:   ************* His Flaw is he doesn’t have any one and an orphan. Point of No Return : ********************** At 32nd minute when Satya meets Biku in Jail where Biku decides to bail Satya and Offer to work with him. If Satya doesn’t meet Biku at Point of no return Satya life would not have  changed . This is end of Act 1. Catch: ********** Satya meets Vidya, his neighbour and falls in love with her. His flaw of being an orphan is tested by his love towards Vidya. In Act 2 Satya becomes the active member of the gang  and right hand of Biku matre. In Parallel his love towards Vidya develops and he started to enjoy being in a family which is against his flaw of being an orphan. Satya starts to dominate the Mumbai underworld by going against police, killing Guru Narayan and going against Bhau. Satya and Biku helps Bhau in winning the elections.  Satya announces his love towards vidya to the gang and plans to marry her. Satya almost loses Vidya in a police attack. Worried Satya wants to disclose his story to Vidya for which Biku opposes and suggests to leave the underworld activities and marry Vidya.   Triumph : ************** Satya became the number 2 in Biku’s underworld gang, kills the commissioner who is on a mission to demolish underworld and planning to marry Vidya and start in a family life. Climatic choice:   ********************* After elections Biku was killed by Bhau. Now Satya has 2 options. To disclose his story to Vidya ,take her along with him and marry her or run away to Dubai as suggested by Kallu mama , return to Mumbai after the situation  comes back to normal. But Satya chooses to take revenge for Biku death which worsens his flaw of being an orphan. Final step: ************** Satya kills Bhau and was killed by Police while trying to convey his version of the story to Vidya. This resulted in his own destruction and leading  the story to a tragedy ending. Strength: ************* Satya marrying Vidya and starting a family life.

Setup Want : ***************** His setup want is established in the first scene where Girl chooses him and starts chasing him . Flaw:   ******** His Flaw is he doesn’t have any goals in life ,not serious about life. Point of No Return : ************************** Point of no return in this film isat 32nd minute when Balu sees Anu for the first time on Diwali night. Though Balu did not completely achieve his set up want in Point of no return his wish is partially fulfilled. If not for this scene Tholiprema movie will not become Tholiprema. This is end of Act 1. Catch: *********** Balu is very serious in searching for Anu as he doesn’t know her where abouts which perfectly tests his flaw (not serious about life) In Act 2 Balu starts searching for Anu with the help of friends and sister but in vein. In one of the scenes Anu sees Balu helping to rescue one baby and Anu follows him to thank him for the good deed but miss him. Anu starts searching for Balu from 1:01 hrs.  Entire Act 2 runs on the journey of Balu and Anu. Incidentally Anu meets Balu on their way to Ooty and due to unfortunate accident Balu falls in a valley trying to rescue Anu. Inteval. ************* Anu keeps searching for Balu ,finds his house address in Hyderabad and meets him. Their travel starts now knowing more about each other. Task for Balu is how to express his love. He tries multiple times but fails.   Crisis : ******** Anu leaving to US to pursue her higher studies. This is exactly the opposite of Set up want. Balu did not express his love yet and Anu is leaving to US. Balu love story will not be successful Climatic choice:   ******************** At the crisis Balu has Rock and hard options. Either he choose to express his love or request Anu to stay back in India. But he chose the third option when Anu expressed her love. He requests Anu to pursue her goal and he will pursue his new goal which he realized in his journey with Anu. They can be together after fulfilling their respective goals. Final step: ************** Anu will come back searching for Balu after they fulfil their respective goals. Strength: *************** Balu has moved from his flaw of not having any goals to having a clear goal which he wants to pursue before getting his Set up Want.
