What the actual feck!! 🤬🤬 Drives like a maniac when high, smashes his car up and kills the lady who got off a bus to see if he was ok!!!🤬🤬 He laughs about it during his police interview. A poor innocent lady died and this isn’t huge news, our society is sick!
