@24HourFitHelp How long will your Wifi service be down for? I cannot connect to my local gym's network. I was told that it was down over a week ago. Location Dallas, TX on Royal Lane.

@24HourFitHelp Buena Park location. My mom doesn’t know how to use the app, but being rude to her and refusing to help is not it. She wanted to register for a class for Wed, but they told her to do it on the app or comeback tmrw. Why come back when it is Mon and they won’t help her on the spot?

@24HourFitHelp yall need to train your employees to have some professionalism when dealing with customers who are older and may not be familiar with apps and stuff like that.

@24HourFitHelp Any updates on when the Scarsdale location will reopen? Water service was restored as of 1/19/26 afternoon for the area. The lazy written note on the front doors of the gym says to see the 24GO app or the gym’s website for updates on reopening. There is nothing.

@24HourFitHelp I was charged 180$ when I was told only owed 50 I needed to get refunded as I will pay my membership when I get paid on Friday this has been a inconvenience I need this done asap

@24HourFitHelp had a pretty bad experience today. My annual plan auto-renewed today without any emails or notice. I called the club GM who pointed me to the contract I signed *2 years ago* and said "sorry, no refunds". Can I please get help to get a refund?

@24HourFitHelp Your club at the collection in oxnard California is the dirtiest and most in need of a staff that can clean. There is literally gum on the floors , graffiti on some lockers, almost never toilet paper or soap in the showers.
