Update for fugz rig Both mouth and tongue rig teaches me something new. I used Shape Keys for tongue and Used Bendy bones for the mouth as it’s cartoony and requires extreme expressions sometimes. All I need to do is figure out how to use them all together. Check out 👇

Fugz is migrating today so I got to share an update for my fugz rig. As you can see, I've changed the eyes a bit so that animating them is easy. It's a small update but I've learnt a lot. Next up is mostly mouth rig and then I'll try and animate the walk cycle after that.

Marianne is my favorite creator and builder when it comes to showing founders how to build and curate the perfect community. This piece is one every founder should read—it's insightful, and I'm not even building a project… yet.
Marianne@mariannehere

10 REASONS EVERY TECH FOUNDER NEEDS A COMMUNITY URGENTLY⚠️ 1. Communities cut your customer acquisition cost by 30-50% Member referrals basically cost you nothing and convert like 2-3x better than paid ads, so getting 30-50% of your new users from referrals instead of burning money means serious savings that compound every single month 2. Retention jumps 40-60% when members actually know each other Users with 3+ friends in your community stick around 40-60% longer than solo users because they're part of something social now, which is way harder to leave than just another app they downloaded 3. Your community tells you what to build before you waste money building it Float ideas with your most engaged members first and they'll tell you exactly what's broken, what's missing, and what they'd actually pay for so it basically beats building features nobody asked for and realizing way too late 4. Members create content you could never afford A community of 1,000 people basically generates 20-50 pieces of authentic content every month, testimonials, tutorials, case studies, reviews (that's stuff your team can't fake even with unlimited budget) 5. Your community defends you before you even see the attack When someone complains publicly your members respond before you do, that organic defense is more credible than anything your PR team could write and it costs literally zero 6. Communities boost lifetime value by 25-40% Members who feel connected upgrade more, churn less, and bring their friends so LTV goes up without you spending another dollar, it's pretty simple math 7. Support costs drop 30-40% when members help each other Engaged communities answer each other's questions in Discord or Slack so your support team handles way fewer tickets and focuses on the hard stuff, same quality but like a way smaller team 8. Communities are the only moat that actually compounds Your competitors can copy features in a few months but they can't copy months and years of inside jokes, trust, and relationships, every day your community exists you get harder to replace 9. Community makes growth way more predictable than ads Paid ads change every time the platform tweaks the algorithm but if 10-15% of your members recruit one person per quarter you can actually forecast where you'll be in 12 months instead of guessing 10. The market's already shifting to community-first Companies with strong communities are growing faster than ones burning cash on ads, start building now and you're basically 12-24 months ahead of everyone who figures this out later we can built this for you at keewy dot io, dm me :)
