Following the Royal Canadian Navy’s recent decision to introduce gender-neutral rank names, the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets will change junior rank names as follows: Ordinary Cadet Able Cadet Leading Cadet Master Cadet PO ranks were already gender neutral & thus are unchanged.
