BLENDER PLUGIN TURNS INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS INTO A MASSIVE VIRTUAL CROWD
Instagram creator just found the most mind-bending way to visualize her 200,000 followers by packing them all into one virtual space.
Using a Blender plugin called Procedural Crowds, she generated digital people en masse to show the real scale of her audience.
First, she started small: 1,000 people, already looking like a mini music festival.
Then, she multiplied that by 10 to get 10,000 in a long, snaking line. Another 10× jump brought the total to 100,000, and finally, doubling that filled the scene with 200,000 simulated humans.
The result? A jaw-dropping virtual crowd that’s almost impossible to fully process, a pixel-perfect way of showing what those follower numbers really mean.

A few auction details on the new long-form generative art collection from @artonblockchain, built on @artblocks_io, permanently stored on @ethereum.
One week from today, @artonblockchain's LIFT (a self portrait) will be offered on @artblocks_io as an ‘English Auction with Settlement’, held over a twenty four hour period.
The auction will start on August 14th, 2025 at 9:00 AM (PT) before ending on August 15th, 2025 at 9:00 AM (PT) -- with no time extension.
There will be a total of 1,000 onchain artworks across the procedurally generated collection.
Mint #0 will be reserved for the artist and Mint #999 is reserved for later placement. Only 998 onchain artworks will be available during the 24 hour auction window.
After the 24 hour auction concludes on August 15th, 2025 at 9:00 AM (PT), only the top 998 bids in the auction will be assigned a generative mint. All 998 auction winners will pay the lowest clearing bid (i.e. the 998th bid) and be returned any overage.
Immediately after auction conclusion, mints will begin to generate against the onchain algorithm, viewable across all marketplaces and on Art Blocks ‘Live View’.
In the coming months, Snowfro will also present an onchain 1/1 artwork as part of the LIFT ecosystem. Details for the 1/1 artwork will be announced by @artonblockchain, @redbeardnft, and @glitchmarfa. ♥️
