@propofol_pusher Great idea, ill give it a go next time i have that issue… The one time i recall was a scleroderma patient… couldnt get sats I can see that this would be useful there too.. We induced and with volatile on board the vessles dilated and she had a good sats trace

@propofol_pusher Oh interesting… was the (finger) ring block to dilate the vessels to get a better reading?

Yes I only use it very specifc circumstances to take blood samples… when i dont have other options :)
