Neil Byrne is out of contract in the summer which poses a massive question... Do we take him permanent? Or do we look for younger/better? In an ideal world we need to move Pearson on but can't see that happening at all Given we need 2 CB's ideally, I'd do a year deal I think🤔

@bendrfcsmith97 Maybe a sign to not jump to conclusions and be so vocal about it in future. Happened so many times, players gel and perform at different levels in different systems. Also delighted, he’s been top notch.

@bendrfcsmith97 Respectfully, how could it be a group of losers when it’s mostly a group that won the league last year? You don’t transform personalities when you go up a league and get beat more often it’s just harder... if you watch the games you’ll know they aren’t a group of losers.

Think anyone aiming criticism at the players or management tonight is way off the mark. In reality they performed wonders to get in the play-offs. So many positives to take into 2024/25. And no doubt in my mind that GM is the man for the job #drfc

@bendrfcsmith97 Record at Huddersfield poor (but they’ve gone on to get relegated) and PV also poor. Did a good job while he was with us on the whole and at WBA before us.
