Lagosians have high purchasing power. In a month we have at least N15 trillion cashless transactions, N1 trillion POS transactions and $200 million forex transactions. That's why owning a property in Lagos is a big deal

Two days ago, social media went crazy with people lamenting that the price of gas has increased to N2,500 per KG. Today, the price of gas has reduced to N1,300, and everyone is keeping quiet. Why is it only bad news you people complain about? 🤔

The state government needs to expedit the processing of making into law monthly housing payment system in Lagos and south west because there is surge in house prices within the region. Our governments can do better to make life comfortable for us.
