NLse uitstoot daalt in 2030 met bestaand beleid naar verwachting met 39-50% (tov 1990). Daarmee is het doel van 55% daling nog niet in zicht, terwijl het kabinet zich een richtdoel van 60 % emissiereductie (tov 1990) heeft gesteld om de 55% met voldoende zekerheid te halen. 2/7
