Stop making 2024 goals. This new year means nothing.
All you are is what you’ve done or do consistently in 5 year chunks.
Big changes happen via momentum, aka consistency over many years.
There is no “new year” of you. Just a period of 5 years where you decide to get serious and do the “thing” consistently…or not.
If you did the “thing” bad last year.. this year won’t change it. Only committing to doing your best for 5 years CONSISTENTLY will.
Make long term life period resolutions. Ignore anything less.
