@sunaneko666 Coal Chamber started during a weird period for metal in the US. Probably the worst time for metal was the Rap/Metal bands and Coal Chamber were a reaction to that. Eventually, most metal bands hate being put into categories. It prevents you from exploring something new.

@leonardaisfunE @Black_Pilled yeah. A lot of people really fell for his schtick after the Art Bell appearances. The fact that he swindled money so he could open a brothel was just the cherry on the shit cake for me.

@LORDFUCKINMETAL In the 2000's, there were quite a few Japanese metal bands than had fans in American and the UK. Gallhammer was one of them.

@hallocopen_gr It's so weird talking to people who can't defend themselves. I would love that the Japanese could have the same rights as us. I don't say this out of malice or some sense of superiority. I want all distinct people the ability to preserve who they are.

@zriboua you know, normally I would agree not paying soldiers would make the ranks quit but they are batshit crazy.

Looking into Iran’s currency and sanctions this week, IRGC financial situation worse than pre-war (which basically was already collapsing), they’re not paying their guys (most of them now are foreign mercenaries, Iranians aren’t joining their units in big numbers). Bleak.

A trip to H.E.B. and I am still asking myself this question: "Why do people move to America and hate America?" It's genuinely surreal the mental gymnastics some people use so they can live in a better place but still feel somehow superior.
