do you know that your brain has reset buttons that you mostly never use:
1. can’t focus? - chew gum, it’s known to help increase attention
2. feeling lost? - write down 3 things you can control today, clarity returns
3. angry? - hold your breath for 4 seconds, then exhale for 8. it helps calm the surge
4. overthinking? - touch something cold and name 5 things you can see, your mind begins to reset
5. feeling alone? - place your hand on your chest... your heartbeat reminds you you’re still here, still fighting
6. no motivation? - tell yourself “just 2 minutes.” once you start, your brain usually keeps going
7. panic feeling? - count backwards from 100 in 7s, it forces your brain to switch modes
8. sudden sadness? - sit up straight, look up and smile for 20 seconds. your brain follows your facial signals
