We are shocked and disappointed to hear that someone on our team abused internal customer support tools to look up user wallets.
We have removed access to these tools and will continue to investigate and hold the offending parties responsible.
This does not represent us as a team, we have always tried to put the user first. We’ll share updates on our twitter as we learn more.

Updates on Binance Alpha APX (APX) token swap to ASTER DEX (ASTER). Starting from 2025-09-19 at 01:00 UTC, Binance will temporarily suspend trading for APX to facilitate the token swap. The original plan was to suspend from 2025-10-01 at 05:00 UTC. All remaining APX will be converted to ASTER at a ratio of 1:1 for Binance Alpha users. Trading of ASTER DEX (ASTER) is expected to resume by 08:00 UTC on the same day. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
