Black man was pulled over by a Texas cop without given a reason. The cop then tries to arrest him. After he asks multiple times, cop tells him he's being arrested for "speeding" Not willing to comply w/ being handcuffed and arrested for speeding, waits for back up This happens

@ShunWilk77699 @theisogawd Just once… he thought he smelled alcohol (hadn’t been drinking). They detained me and a friend in cuffs… ran the dog around the car. Dog made a “hit” they searched and found nothing (was nothing)… I said maybe 10 words the whole interaction…drove away after an hour (ish)
