OSCEs are (hopefully) done. Not as many surgical jobs as one would hope for but in the grand scheme of random allocation and placeholder groups, I can't complain.

@RoshanaMN not useful for tomorrow,for the future-my sister’s found that mentally preparing her kids weeks ahead helps. they may throw tantrums but continue to bring it up everyday. it just builds this mindset that they have to get on the plane. closer to the date they expect and accept it!

@salmahg_ 35+ would be considered average I think based on previous years stats. A "good" score is subjective and dependent on on your decile imo

I had an ankle fracture surgery cancel this morning because he couldn’t afford his deductible. This guy will never run or walk without pain again. He will never work construction again. And he has insurance. That he pays for. And he still can’t afford his necessary surgery.
