In celebration of Black History Month, we honor @amherstcollb legend, Freddie Scott, @AmherstCollege Class of 1974. He went on to play wide receiver for 10 seasons in the NFL with the Colts and the Lions. In 2001, Freddie Scott was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

In honor of Black History Month, we celebrate @AmherstCollege legend Jean Fugett, Class of 1972. After Amherst, Fugett played in the NFL for 8 seasons with Dallas and Washington. While playing for Washington, Fugett earned his law degree to prepare for his career after the NFL.
