@PeggyL2727 @VicGovDH Good god the comments to this. OP never said she is a "mask nazi" or whatever. Whether you want to wear a mask or not, point is that its kinda dumb to have these "save settings" in place if nobody is checking or enforcing that rule.

New COVID-19 settings have recently come into effect. ◾ Patrons are not required to show vaccination status before entering any venue. ◾ You must still wear a face mask on public transport and in taxis/rideshare, and in limited high-risk settings.

@callitasitis1 @SBSNews Overseas healthcover, is pretty much hospital cover. When I was on a workholiday though, I had to pay for it all out of pocket. Also some countries have a medicare agreement with Australia. Plus if they work here they still pay taxes.
