Once you've had surgery, you'll realise how easily you take the job of simply putting on a fresh pair of undies, for granted. This is one of my first selfies with a t-shirt after surgery! Most of the padding is gone now too. As the new gen would say: "A humbling experience"

Things are going great, I will need pain management, but I was able to brush my own teeth and put socks on. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I'm free. . For the first time in about 10 years, I saw under my chest without needing a mirror. Tearing up writing this.

Just downloaded but I know exactly when I quit. Surgery is tomorrow, I wish I received that reality check sooner so that I could have been clean for longer. But when I did receive it, I quit immediately. So I should be proud of myself, I'm doing everything I can.
