We’re not just building vehicles. We’re building an industry. That's worth R900 million in pre-generated revenue for us. Over the past 10 years, @ScooterRSA has gone from a concept to a catalyst: • South Africa’s first Black-owned electric vehicle manufacturer • 100+ fleet units secured with brand advertisers (+1000 target within 3 years) • +6500-unit export distribution deal signed with UAE (for 6 years) • Strategic localisation inside SA’s automotive hub • New IP and pending Patents Now, we’re raising the final piece of the puzzle... Stay tuned.

I got a call this morning from Leon Rossouw, who is a Developer Partner for The One based in Stellenbosch in the Western Cape. You will remember that I advised Zimbabweans in the diaspora to consider investing in student accommodation in South Africa because the returns are solid. The One in Stellenbosch has units for sale. The units are a bit pricey, but the rent is as high as R30,000 a month for a one bed, which tells you everything about the demand in that area. When you decide to buy, consider the overhead costs like levies. South Africa is serious about that, unlike Zimbabwe. Just as Britain has mandatory council tax, you must factor in all these costs before you buy so that your investment numbers remain realistic. Your market in Stellenbosch is students at Stellenbosch University. You can get in touch with Leon via WhatsApp on +27 82 820 5342. As I always advise my followers, do not call immediately. First send a WhatsApp message saying who you are, what you want, and ask if you can call at that moment. If not, ask when you can call. Those are good phone manners, otherwise people will not give you their time of day. South Africa offers mortgages to foreign nationals, you pay a 50 percent deposit and the bank gives you the remaining 50 percent if you do not have a permit to live in South Africa. All the best. P/s This is not an advertisement, I am simply sharing information with you as my followers about areas of investment based on my own experience.
