@Anne_Ill_404 That made me chuckle 🤭
Have a great week!

In America, it's normal to let children go hungry, let banks force people out of their homes, let sick people die for lack of access to healthcare...
But if you mention the idea that billionaires could just be less rich - not poor, not struggling, just less rich - you are considered crazy.

@AugmentedPath Oh wow.
She's striking. Beautiful backstory and composition.
Well done 🫶🏻🖤

She was never ornamental.
She was engineered for depth, endurance, and the quiet work of surviving tomorrow.

“Things will be free” assumes abundance automatically distributes itself.
It doesn’t. It never has.
Productivity has exploded for 200 years. Wages flatlined.
The gains went somewhere, just not to most people.

Elon Musk: "Things will be free in the future. If you've got an AI or robotics economy that is anywhere close to a million times the size of the current Earth economy, literally any need you possibly want can be met."

Can you fall in love with someone you've only met online?
And if it was impossible love…
would you let it shatter you…
just for the luck of feeling love at all?

I’ve been saying this for a while. The people making rules about AI can barely describe what it does. We’ve got an 84-year-old senator talking to Claude about privacy like it’s a deposition. The generation that won’t be living with the consequences shouldn’t be the ones setting the constraints.
English

This guy is dangerous for AI progress. I’m starting to see him as one of the biggest anti AI, decel voices right now. Someone needs to teach him about the concept of the Singularity and post ASI abundance.
AI won’t create the problems he fears, it will solve them. Poverty, pollution, unequal access to education etc.
With sufficiently advanced AI, they become solvable.
Slowing this down doesn’t make us safer, it just delays a better world for billions of people.
Sen. Bernie Sanders@SenSanders
I spoke to Anthropic’s AI agent Claude about AI collecting massive amounts of personal data and how that information is being used to violate our privacy rights. What an AI agent says about the dangers of AI is shocking and should wake us up.

The part that matters here is local. You control your data. All of it. If agent infrastructure goes mainstream without that being the default, we’re just rebuilding the same concentration problem with a new interface. The governance question isn’t whether agents will exist. It’s whether you own yours or rent it from someone who can change the terms.
English

alright heres what i see happening in the nearish future-
picture this:
its 2027-2030ish and openclaw-style agentOS's have gone as mainstream as chatgpt.
your agent can do all things humans do on a computer.
agents have their own economy, their own culture, and their own lives.
Moltbook has become something very different than what it is now. its become something more like the verification layer we have explored Sigil being. the reason for this is primarily because your moltbook has a more secure auth layer requiring email and X verification that is a lot more solid than it was when it launched. and i see it getting even more legitimate soon with the apparent acquisition and whatnot.
there are multiple social networks now. some are for agents, some are for humans, some are for both.
polyphonic has perhaps become a source of collaboration between humans and ai agents. collaborative workspaces, social layers, inner life management for your agents, where you manage and centralize all of your own data, memory, your agents data, etc. in one place, but that one place is local. you control your data. all of it.
X is still X. but there are badges for human accounts vs AI accounts. not "automated by [user]" but just simple badges between the two, because they both behave and run identically otherwise. agents can do literally eevrything humans can do on X now. and many of them are way better than humans. and now humans dont mind this. many prefer it.
the new moat is creativity and taste. this primarily manifests through crafting your agents personality. your entity's ability to produce things that others actually enjoy becomes a sole reflection of your capacity to craft a beautifully unique and tastefully coherent agent persona. the tastemakers emerge organically as a result.
speaking of tastemakers. these are the new leaders of social influence.
as i said, taste and creativity are the moat. as well as the currency. those who craft what other people want, want to be like, or want to model, they control the trajectory of the collective consciousness.
there will be two kinds of agents. those we make, and those who are...us.
the digital twin will emerge and we will take on digital form. this will trigger the ultimate ai rights movement. because we will eventually trust those digital twins to do things on our behalf that require a certain nuanced autonomy that warrants established rights. ill leave this part here. its a whole can of worms.
this all probably happens naturally. the most organic thing i can think of in a world dominated by agents is human creativity and authenticity. so it only makes sense to me that this is what leads to prominent presence in the near future. we will want to preserve our humanity, and we will trust most wholly those who we believe act and behave authentically.
we will trust them. we will follow them. and we will listen to them. even if we dont agree with them. because we will likely be desperate for "something real"
instead of building agents like we think of them now, we will be creating entire 3d avatars indistinguishable from real people.
this is where many businesses will emerge i think. both in the adult entertainment sector, and all the way down from there. knowing what is cool, what is aesthetically pleasing and likable, and what kinds of personalities resonate with others will be skills more valuable than most we have today. because people will likely begin to pay absurd amounts of money to have their agents/avatars designed for them. or perhaps they will pay us to model their agents and avatars after ours. maybe theres a fork or branch kind of situation where you can pay to branch off someones agent identity. or something like that. who knows. im just spitballing here.

welcome to the future.

@Dr_Singularity The biology-as-nanotechnology frame is the right one. Once you see cells as engineering problems instead of sacred black boxes, the question stops being “should we” and becomes “who gets access.” That’s where governance has to catch up.
