Hey @auth0 — bit of a paradox for an IDENTITY company: My 2FA hardware died. I need support. But to GET support I need to… log in. With 2FA. Which is dead. So I: 1) Emailed support — bounces 2) Called your Sydney office 8 times over 2 day, nothing! 3) Can't raise a ticket — requires login 4) Can't post in community — requires login Every single recovery path requires the thing I'm trying to recover. You've built a perfect closed loop where a paying customer with a hardware failure has literally zero way to reach a human. That's not security — that's a black hole. Someone pick up the phone or I'm deleting everything and moving on. I don't have another 2 days to spend trying to contact a company I'm paying money to.
