Yesterday I rested, today I worked! And after this I shall rest again cuz tomorrow I’ll be a busy bee with work! Weekend log: recorded a few vertical videos… edited and scheduled few others to guarantee YouTube/socials will be healthy while I’m traveling. And some of this work was done with a view

And since I was already messing with the code I took the opportunity to add a little ✨ whimsy ✨ to the blog 👀 Used the emoticons an artist friend designed for me a while back to stop the feeling they were collecting dust in folder since I’m not livestreaming anymore 😅

Fixed the soft wrapping for code blocks on the blog which I broke a few days ago and only realized TODAY! 😩 Added a function bar and line numbers to code blocks. That works both in dark mode and light mode. This type of thing it was hard to have before I redid the blog and this makes me happy 😍

ever renamed a file and git acted like you deleted it? 😅 to avoid this behavior use git mv old-name new-name instead. it renames and stages in one step. rename your files the #git way and skip the mess ☺️

what's your biggest friction point when adding auth to a project? genuinely curious 👀 for me it's always forgetting to create the .env file with all the variables my app needs to actually talk to @auth0 . i'll just try to run it, watch it fail, then go "right, the env file" 😅 the @cursor_ai plugin handles that whole step now

how do you update branch with main? 👀 1 option: hop onto your branch and run git rebase main. it replays your commits on top of the latest main commits. staying current beats a giant merge later ☺️
