@sweet_blu @TakiUdon_ I'm assuming they've only shipping the test production on docks that passed QC and are waiting for the first lot of proper docks. The next update you will get is tracking number. I doubt taki will update you on a timeframe for this but FE+ dock is next and hopefully soon.

The office is closed for the first weekend in a long time. I'm working on a main channel SS1 unboxing/first look with a ton of info from the full dev journey (possibly including fabrication/fulfillment). Is there anything you'd like to see covered? I'm a semi-open book.

@breadult @TakiUdon_ Sometimes electronics just fail, it happens. You're within your 12 month warranty as stated on the website. They probably decided it was your fault if they stopped replying to you. If I were Taki I'd replace your unit as goodwill. I'd email again and mention the warranty.

Wave 5 is in production now, which includes every remaining FE SS1 + a chunk of batch 2. Wave 6 goes into production tomorrow. It includes the rest of batch 2 and all of batch 3. SuperDock production will scale faster due to shorter PCB turnaround times.

We are now assembling/shipping SuperStation v1.2.3 (wave 4) in the second office. We have 14 testing stations and 16-32 spots for assembly and packing. To put this into context, we only had a single testing station for wave 1, and only had enough space for 4 people to assemble.
