@LeoCoffeeIndia I ordered the Top Blend coffee powder (1 Kg) on May 8. But it is yet to be delivered. All my complaints over the phone have gone to waste. I was told I was not available by phone. But I have given a clear address. The delivery was not attempted at all. Will you please resolve this? My order No is #23770.

Tyre was abt to fall out n wen I called service advisor Anupam, he denied the issue.I also highlighted that car's jack n wrench r missin. He said sorry after much arguing. I asked for @Maruti_Corp GM contact details which he refused to share. I was charged 3k Xtra which was fixed

@bookmyshow_sup @bookmyshow It doesn't specify anywhere if it BMS loyalty points or Cinepolis loyalty points. Plus there was no prompt anywhere popped up when Cinepolis points were applied. U r nullifying your own cancellation policy if cust is cancelling 20 hrs b4 the show
