@tropotropotropo Every time I’ve been to Europe I feel way better and lose so much weight off eating the same foods & even while eating more and “worse” too. When I come back the food here makes me feel bloated and heavy and tired. The stuff we make here is all just full of sawdust or smth istg.

@tropotropotropo The quality of commonly available bread and pastries in US stores does legit really suck though, the quality of groceries in general is just far worse here & it’s hard to see until u experience the difference. Unfortunately we do have to give it to the euros for this one

little update on my life since i’ve been kinda awol-ish me and @BACKDOOR_9 accidentally got eachother the same gift the other day also i got diagnosed with a severe vit d deficiency oops, taking meds soon tho!
