All over India HLO is carried out in different months after carefully understanding geographical conditions, weather and Availability of State government employees for a month. The most important part i.e. Enumeration is carried out in Feb all over India except a few.

India is conducting the biggest Census ever took place. And there is a chance that it will be mostly done by ChatGPT!!! Housing Survey started from 1 April and great workers are already using AI to make maps & catch data from google. While they will claim that they verified real ground scenarios, we know how tiring this job is and how AI will be used extensively. So, in the end, we will have a unique census which will be doubted upon for 1.5 decades. There might be court cases, mismatches in service delivery, and estimates of real numbers. Hopefully, Govt finds out a quick way to adjust errors due to these activities.

It was necessary for you to remind why you aren't a part of it because you never understood difference between practical application and theory.
