@BuildRedux No replies to my email about my busted power supply. Don't buy because customer service will just ignore you.

There's so many upgrade options at $500. What would you upgrade?

@Bunsie__ @BuildRedux Luckily mine shipped on the 26th day. You should be emailed a tracking number when it ships. Mines through FedEx which I can track using the tracking number.

@BaggetDustin @BuildRedux Same, I ordered one the beginning of this month and I can’t even track where my order is (supposedly it’s already shipped somewhere). The shop app doesn’t help either 💀

But we're not judging 🙄

@BuildRedux Nope, been 24 days and still haven't received my tracking order number to show its been shipped.
