If your YouTube channel isn't booking calls, what's the point? Just got this video testimonial from @ Mike He’s an agency founder who wanted a YouTube channel that actually brings in clients. Here's what he shared about our work together: "Basit was a really good asset to my team." We built his YouTube creative strategy to make sure his content was actually booking calls, not just getting empty views. I managed everything from the ideation to the editors so he could just focus on hitting record. If you're a busy agency owner wanting to grow on YouTube but don't want to manage the day-to-day grind, let's chat

There's a different kind of pressure when you work with bigger creators... There's barely any room for error. You are expected to bring your best every single time. Working with @TubeBuddy (910K subscribers) showed me exactly that. Which thumbnail do you like the most? 👀

The new CEO of @AlexHormozi's acquisition.com just deleted most of his YouTube videos, but now he’s going viral. A few weeks ago, Sharran Srivatsaa was made the new CEO of Hormozi’s company. But the real change has started on his personal YouTube channel. Before he deleted them, Sharran had videos focused on what he wanted to talk about without a clear content strategy or brand packaging format. Don’t get me wrong, some of them did well to grow the channel… However, since he was promoted as CEO it’s clear that his YouTube has been plugged into the Hormozi content machine. Because he’s now got: 1 - A clear thumbnail format Sharran’s face, a few words for the thumb text hook, an underscore or highlighted word to draw the eye with a grabber. And the most underrated element of all is his use of backgrounds to add depth and dimension to each thumbnail. 2 - YouTube optimized titles These are some classic Hormozi-style outlier titles: “Everything I Learned From Being Around The Top 0.01%” “Everything They Teach You at Goldman Sachs in 17 Minutes” “If You Only Watch One Money Video, Make It This” << 1 million views And every single one of them works perfectly because of Sharran’s positioning. He’s been in Goldman Sachs, he’s worked with the top 0.01% (and still is), and he’s actually rich himself. All proof elements that are unique to him. 3 - Creative direction Each video is edited for YouTube retention perfectly. They’re using diagrams to simplify topics, different camera angles to keep shots interesting and simplistic backgrounds with minimal distractions that set the tone. 4 - Content Pillars It’s clear what he’s talking about in every video: money. The format for the idea is the only thing that changes. This is the god-skill of content creation. Talking about the same thing without the audience ever getting bored. And I believe this is just the start for Sharran’s channel… Give it a few more months and he’ll be one of the biggest channels in the business space. But his growth isn’t going to be from “luck” or GaMinG the YouTube algo. It’s from the same content principles that the Hormozis have mastered…

I can't believe im saying this, but please do not cut or edit full videos in After Effects. Your workflow is so slow, your videos are so bad, and you will have to spend 5x longer on a video than you anticipated.

What if Google Drive had a feedback tab like Frame. io? So whenever we upload a video, client can leave feedback directly on it? We don't have to go back-and-forth in other tools.

It’s good but really fast, it’s hard to know what’s this actually about. It’s focused more on heavy animations, attractive visuals. Looks like it’s created to impress by showing editing skills not the actual product. Alot of agencies, editors are doing the same by creating animations for saas vids. But they’re not looking for just editors or animators. They’re looking for someone who actually understands their product, their audience and can exactly create a video that 100% speaks to their audience. This video is really amazing and your team did a great job. But maybe they’re not looking for something this aggressive.

We spent 2 weeks designing an Ai SaaS video around a complex LLM product. Strong visuals. Clean execution. High sleepless night efforts. It still got rejected... :) Our mistake: we leaned too much into design, not enough into clarity. We took that hit. But here’s the reality most agencies won’t say: Even our rejected work is more structured and thoughtful than most “approved” SaaS videos. lol

Everyone wants to scale to six figures a month. Nobody wants to spend their Saturday writing SOPs, recording trainings, and documenting onboarding processes. That's the actual work though.
