Let me be very clear: @KUCFA do NOT want to strike.
But faculty working conditions are student learning conditions. Those conditions matter.
We are seeking protections for academic freedom and to strengthen our programs so we can do the job that students expect.

King’s faculty @kucfa do not want to strike. We want to negotiate in good faith.
That said, negotiations have brought faculty to the point that we need to plan for strike action.
Let’s hope King’s comes to the table prepared.
