Gotta clean these floors, but happy with the profiles.

I have been putting in work trying to clean and organize the backroom at T2415. The team has caught on and has also been working cleaner and have been more organized. Here are some pictures of the extreme results of those efforts. Proud of the progress we’re making every day!

Today, I gave our pack stations a long overdue deep clean! My arms are a little sore from the scraping, but the results are fire. Here are some before and afters.

This freezer wall is looking extra crispy!

Took a 1300 piece food truck today. The audits we have been doing have been paying off! The department is actually starting to look how it should!

Looking a little better around T2415! 2000 piece truck completed. Daily metrics secured. Feels good to win one.

Gearing up for Back To College. Opened up our cut produce section to 🆙 our open market sales for the upcoming season. 📈 The goal is to guarantee better assortment of product and give our guests what they NEED!

After nearly a decade, I’m saying goodbye to everyone I’ve known at T1285. My peers, leaders, and tm’s along the way were some of the hardest working people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. On August 26th, I’ll officially be in my new role as ETL GM for T2415 Canton South.
