@donttrythis I'm so flattered! This was one of the few places where it paid off to over-engineer the crap out of something. I used every trick I knew to make sure the system would work in this bizarre set of constraints. It was tons of work, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. SO much fun!

While I’m not sure it’s stiff enough for a CNC router, this 1.5 meter square extruded aluminum kit should swing around a plasma torch just fine. It’s an impressive amount of structure for $700. Next up are the electronics.

@ZiqiPeng Seems like others might be mistaking this for a “toothed” blade. A smooth diamond saw could cut skin, but it won’t get ya like a table-saw.

So we got a liquid cool bathroom tile saw and a diamond blade, it can cut (trim) through not-too-thick lenses
