We're looking for strong analytical thinking skills, deep passion for our games, and a growth mind set to come in and absorb and learn and grow into awesome designers. I'm personally excited as the last time we did this, we ended up with @kentwuhoo who was working in Finance at the time, but came in as a TFT player and absorbed so much, and is now a Senior Game Designer running our finalization team. This could be you! On the TFT side, the folks we hire will get to be a part of every single set, helping on Live or Finalization, and acting as experts in TFT mechanics, game feel, balance, and so much more. Working directly with folks like Kent, @Chaemirix , and myself. I might even be your manager!
