@CAAInsuranceCo you are horrible my policy startes a month ago you sent me no paperwork took out the 2 payment beginning and then another payment 3 days later without sending me any paperwork with notification of withdrawl dates!!!

@CAAInsuranceCo You cancelled my auto policy without even informing me. My credit card was hacked and subsequently was replaced. You mailed a letter to the wrong address then proceeded to cancel me without my knowledge after knowing I did not receive the letter.

Hey @CAAInsuranceCo My car was stolen on July 13th, (don't worry, the police have concluded their investigation and recovered the vehicle) but I haven't been able to get ahold of my adjuster??!! Got one email and one phone message on the 25th. Didn't return my call or email #WTF

@CAAInsuranceCo was on hold for 45 min, your system transferred me to the wrong department. Transferred to a claims adjuster. Hold time currently went over the 2 hr mark. Almost 3 hrs to get you to fix a mistake you made on a file. What are clients paying for?

Helpful tip.. dont get car insurance from @CAAInsuranceCo ...they have bad office hours.. they have horrible customer service.. not transparent with their customers.. overall 👎

@CAAInsuranceCo would not recommend this company for car insurance. Been going back and forth since May and still can’t get straight answers for a car accident. They don’t answer emails or when you call you don’t get answers. Very disappointing!
