High school coaches should be on 12 month contracts or at minimum 11 month contracts. The time spent working after regular work hours and summer is outstanding! Schools wouldn’t lose as many coaches if this was the case!

My summer mindset: I want my movements to motivate memories and my memories to motivate more movement.
