@Rafsbride We know the creative team don't play with their work from GDC. And also, this is my 2 cents on the Egyptian concept in his future Myth.
All this time, ppg has kept every LI distinct with diff twist. So, having a 2nd Egyptian Sun related God will be disservice for Raf's lore imo.

CMIIW, every LI has Sun symbolism but everyone's weaved differently into their lore.

2. Architecture which is egyptian like?

Cz it's already been used extensively in GoA It'll be redundant&lazy writing on their part if it's so. GoA's the entire Myth's based on Mesopotamia&Egypt civ, fyi

@AhnSayy @roudanshi @MYD3ARLOVE I'm rather sad how they erased two of Chang Yu's military buddies into non-existence. Peiyi in Baxia, then this anger that Huai'an directed at Chang Yu was supposed to be Zhen Wenchang. Those two are such a comedic duo & supporter of Chang Yu in the court. ๐

@linkon_online @eaKneSthesia You can see in the design. Sun under his feet, on his outfit, in the Oath animation & there's also Sun-Moon symbolism in the poster promotion. So, Raf should have different concept that's uniquely his&also more aligned to his lore imo.
It'd be disservice of him if it's the same.

After some digging my only guess is Rafayel Sun God is where the controversy might stem. Sun is an element heavily associated with ๐ and as far I know, the two fanbase didnโt experience any big drama but if this happens, things might change thus why ppl say Infold wants fanwars.

About Rafโs solar. Canโt hint the theme directly cuz it might cause arguments. But a subtle hint is here: stop guessing. Itโs probably a total unexpected direction. Might follow GOT/LSG format, split the story into two sets. Can't say more here, but xhs alr has some crumbs

He essentially was a creator god for this, his powers are not creation but after a tonne of his divinity was stripped in his descent in hell and the walk through the 7 gates and sacrifice for the creatio stone, the stone of power allowed him to essentially become a creator god. Zayne is the only one with true annihilation (beyond destruction, it is erasure) and true creation because those parallels show the polarity between what heโs meant to be and what he chooses for mc. His objective as a being and his love for her are at odds. Zayne goes against every fibre of order because he loves her so much, pays the price but keeps going through every potentiality

2 big battles're wrapped as one. 2 vital characters in CY camp're erased.
One keeled in Baxia. Another has his plot given to Huai'an which has little relevance in those battles while his betrayal & colluding with Sui army's erased.

not a fan on how this getting unfold tbh; partly astonishing partly dissapointing. technically the war scene execution was good. plot wise, not entirely like how they wrap the political issues, cutting it short & make the revelation of her past like that. regardless, fck grief.
