Howie Roseman drafted four players in the second round from 2020 to 2024. All four of them have reached the Pro Bowl: Jalen Hurts, Landon Dickerson, Cam Jurgens, Cooper DeJean. There were 17 total Pro Bowlers in those four drafts (not including 2023, when the Eagles didn't draft in the 2nd round). The goal in the first round is to get a player who becomes a blue-chipper and earns a second contract. A key part of the Eagles' success has been accomplishing this in the second round.
