@HSBC_AUS Hi, I did not make any mistake at all. Your customer service told me that the promotion I will receive is the one available on the day the CC application is approved and not when the CC application is submitted. That is the issue, not me presumably clicking on a wrong link.

@HSBC_AUS I applied for the Platinum CC with $0 annual fee in 1st Year & $500 in e-Gift Cards. Today my application was approved but for a different product, reduced annual fee of $29 in the 1st year & no e-Gift Cards. How can you switch product without telling the customer?
