@CaskKState @ProgTechGeek @PeteThamel This isn’t how the law works. A public embarrassment clause doesn’t just mean literally anything KSU could theoretically be embarrassed by including losing. If that was the case there would be no point in having a for cause distinction since any firing would be for cause.

Per ESPN sources, Jerome Tang plans to fight Kansas State’s for cause firing. He’s owed $18.67 million, per his contact, so this not surprising.
