Tortellini salad = best pasta salad. 2 types of tortellini, spinach and cheese. Cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, salami, parm, cukes, basil, fresh mozz all will be tossed in very punch vinaigrette with lemon/rw vin, garlic, chopped olives, honey and chili.

I'm as committed as ever to making delicious salads of all varieties at home! This wedge has homemade ranch with lots of citrus and some pickle brine, green onions, seriously sharp cheddar, cukes, avocado, jalapeños, hot sauce and a bunch of black pepper.
