Not restricting ≠ not disordered btw. Even if you have anorexia, you don't need to restrict 24/7, 365 to still be valid. And its normal to have periods of "normal eating". It doesn't mean you dont have an ED anymore. You're not a failure. Its a mental illness, not a diet.
