Where do you find purpose as an athlete? Is it being a captain for your team? Is it owning your role on the field or court? Is it your camaraderie with your teammates? You can find your true purpose and identity for your life through Jesus Christ.

Get to know your players on a personal level. Kid told me a his story yesterday that broke my heart. Completely changed my approach to motivating him!!
