Only 6 out of 78 leaders at #COP29 discussed climate change's impact on women, with 4 of them being women themselves. This highlights the urgent need for gender diversity in decision-making roles. Women bring critical perspectives to climate action, and their equal representation is essential for creating solutions that address the needs of all. It’s time to make space for more women's voices in the climate conversation. #ClimateAction #GenderEquality

Can you spot the women at #COP29? ➔ Only 6 out of 78 government leaders mentioned the impact of climate change on women. ➔ 4 of the 6 were women. We need women's equal representation at the decision-making table for #ClimateAction. 📷 UN Climate Change/Kiara Worth
