As predicate for Trump's exercise of adjournment power, one House of Congress would seek other House's consent to adjourn and be denied. So Speaker of House would need to be complicit in evisceration of Senate's advice-and-consent role.

Five more polling places in DeKalb County have received bomb threats. Voting has been suspended at those precincts. This is a deliberate attempt to prevent Americans from casting ballots. FBI has linked today’s previous threats to Russians. Official release below

Update on noncitizen voting in Philly: Some are saying the location of the James O’Keefe reporting is a Philly Puerto Rican neighborhood. People born in Puerto Rico have rights of US citizenship but cannot vote in U.S. elections unless they live in U.S.
