How about a martini? The Captain's Martini (because we're feeling fancy)! Start with an ice-filled mixing glass. Add 2 oz of Noon Gun Gin, 1/2 oz of dry vermouth, & 2 drops of Orange Bitters. Stir until chilled & strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon & enjoy!

Need a summer cocktail that is sure to impress? This twist on a classic gin sour is perfect! Add 2 snap peas & 3 slices of cucumber to a shaker tin. Muddle then add ice, vodka, lemon & simple syrup. Shake & strain into a chilled glass. Add a pea pod for garnish and you're done!
